Fernando D’Annunzio revived a very old tradition when in 1995 he began to write La Storie. This tradition narrates in rhyme, the event of the past year making comments, often satirical, on personages and events that took place in the previous year. The group that sings it goes around Vasto singing the verses accompanied usually by an accordeon.
